Go to app.ads-agents.com/registration and sign up with your email address and a password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link inside to verify your account. After that you're ready to connect your ad accounts and create campaigns. No credit card is needed to start your 15-day free trial.
From your Ads Agents dashboard, navigate to Settings → Ad Accounts and click Connect Meta Account. You'll be redirected to Facebook where you log in and grant Ads Agents permission to manage your ads. Make sure you:
Once connected, your ad account details will appear in the dashboard within a few seconds.
Ads Agents requests the minimum permissions required to create and manage ad campaigns on your behalf:
We never store your Facebook login credentials. All access is via secure OAuth tokens, which you can revoke at any time from your Facebook Security Settings.
Yes. On Pro and Agency plans you can connect multiple Meta Ad Accounts and manage them from a single Ads Agents dashboard. Each ad account appears as a separate workspace. On the Starter plan, one ad account is supported. See our pricing page for full plan details.
On the login page at app.ads-agents.com, click Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact support.
Yes — all new accounts get a 15-day free trial with full access to every feature on the Pro plan. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, you can choose a paid plan to continue or your account will move to a read-only state (your data is preserved).
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) via Stripe. Billing is handled securely through Stripe — Ads Agents never stores your card details directly. For annual Enterprise plans, we can also arrange ACH bank transfer or invoice-based billing. Contact us for details.
Your first charge occurs at the end of your free trial when you activate a paid plan. After that, billing is monthly (or annually if you chose an annual plan) on the same day of the month. You'll receive an invoice by email after each successful payment. Note: Ads Agents subscription fees are separate from your Meta ad spend — ad spend is billed directly by Meta to your payment method on file with them.
Yes, you can change your plan at any time from Settings → Billing. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Plan. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period — you won't be charged again after that. Your campaigns will continue running on Meta until the billing period ends, at which point they'll be paused. Your account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation.
We offer refunds within 7 days of a charge if you haven't used the platform to run any campaigns. After 7 days, or if campaigns have been launched, we don't issue refunds for the current billing period. If you believe you've been charged in error, contact our support team and we'll review your case promptly.
Ads Agents currently supports three Meta campaign objectives:
More objectives (App Installs, Video Views, Catalog Sales) are on the roadmap. Let us know which you need most.
When you describe your product or service, target audience, and campaign goal, the AI draws on large language models trained on marketing best practices to produce multiple headline and description variations. It considers factors like your industry, audience demographics, and the placement (Feed vs. Stories vs. Reels) to tailor the copy. You review and approve the content before anything goes live — you're always in control.
Absolutely. All generated content is fully editable before you launch. You can modify any headline or description, regenerate specific variations you don't like, or write your own copy entirely. The AI uses your edits as feedback to improve future suggestions for your account.
Not necessarily. You can run text-based single-image ads using a branded background color if you don't have custom visuals. That said, ads with high-quality images or short videos (especially for Reels and Stories) typically perform significantly better. We recommend uploading at least one image (minimum 1080×1080px for Feed, 1080×1920px for Stories/Reels) when you have assets available.
Most ads are reviewed and approved within 10–30 minutes. Occasionally, especially for new accounts or ads touching sensitive categories (finance, health, housing, employment), review can take up to 24 hours. If an ad is rejected, Ads Agents will notify you with Meta's rejection reason and suggestions to fix it.
Once your campaign is live, Ads Agents monitors performance data every few hours. The AI identifies which ad variations are generating the best results (lowest cost per click, lead, or conversion) and automatically shifts more budget toward them. Underperforming ads are paused to stop wasting spend. It also monitors for creative fatigue — when an ad's click-through rate drops significantly over time — and can prompt you to refresh the creative.
You'll typically see initial performance data (impressions, clicks) within hours of launch. Meaningful optimization results usually appear within the first 7–14 days as the Meta algorithm exits its learning phase. Significant cost-per-result improvements are usually visible after 30 days. Patience during the first week is key — frequent changes to audience, budget, or creative reset the learning phase and slow optimization.
We recommend a minimum of $20–50/day to give the Meta algorithm enough data to optimize effectively. Lower budgets (under $10/day) result in very few daily conversions, which slows the AI's learning significantly. If you're on a tighter budget, consider running for a shorter burst (e.g., $30/day for 2 weeks) rather than a very small daily amount indefinitely.
Minor changes (small budget adjustments of ±20%, adding new ad variations) are fine and won't reset the learning phase. Avoid making large changes during the first 7 days — changing your audience targeting, campaign objective, or drastically altering your budget will reset the learning phase and you'll need to wait for the algorithm to re-stabilize. The AI dashboard will warn you before you make a change that might impact learning.
To track website conversions (purchases, sign-ups, form fills), you need the Meta Pixel installed on your website. In Ads Agents, go to Settings → Tracking and enter your Pixel ID. If you don't have a Pixel yet, create one at business.facebook.com/events_manager. Once connected, Ads Agents can optimize campaigns for specific conversion events rather than just clicks.
If your campaign shows 0 or very few impressions, run through this checklist:

OAuth tokens can expire or be revoked if you change your Facebook password or remove Ads Agents from your Facebook app permissions. To reconnect: go to Settings → Ad Accounts, click the disconnected account, and select Reconnect. You'll go through the OAuth flow again. This won't affect your existing campaigns — they'll resume delivering once the connection is restored.
Meta rejects ads that violate their Advertising Policies. Common reasons include:
Ads Agents will show you the specific rejection reason in the campaign dashboard. Edit the ad to fix the issue, then resubmit. If you believe the rejection was an error, you can appeal directly in Meta Business Manager. For restricted categories, contact us for guidance on obtaining Meta authorization.
Small discrepancies are normal due to data attribution windows and reporting delays. Meta's reporting API can have a 1–3 hour lag for impression and click data, and conversion data can be delayed up to 24 hours due to aggregation. Also, Ads Agents uses a 7-day click / 1-day view attribution window by default, while Meta Ads Manager may be set to a different window. You can adjust the attribution window in your campaign settings to match.
